This dataset contains inspection reports, violation notices, stack test reports and more for permitted sources of air pollution throughout the state dating back more than 8 years. It updates daily via an automated scraper.
The data comes from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy's database, and was structured by data journalist Shelby Jouppi. EGLE has stated that the contents of the database are not entirely comprehensive so please reach out to them for more information about specific facilities.
